no, I usually keep a diary on my Japanese blog site.
I was invited to my boss' family party.
you know, I'm Japanese, we celebrate X'mas, too but not much.
New year's day is more important for Japanese, i don't care though...
On Christmas in Japan,
people just eat christmas-cake, go to dinner, cook some special dinner, buy a bunch of KFC chicken box(lol), or have a party with friends or date with BF/GF.
not family style party, and not same like other countries.
yes, we do barter with friends or family, but depends.
of course I had such as house parties, hired a limousine and had a party, went to my friends' events and celebrate.
when i was kid, it was a little different though...i think.
hanging a stocking on a bed side....something like that
also i used to decorate a christmas tree...
so I felt thankful for inviting me to family party that I've never had in other country.
it was soooooo great time.
And they gave me X'mas present. I couldn't expect it.

and so beautiful earrings, amazing!!
of course I ate turkey!! In Japan, usually we eat chicken instead.
I helped to cook, it's good experience for me because there were middle eastern foods!
also even baked potatoes, i might cook different way.
we ate a lot!! and drunk wine as well. I can't sleep.lol
and this is the sweet family!! much appreciated.
I had so much fun! I felt so warm!!
